Then they told me it was being shipped by FedEx, when it was shipped USPS. In addition, as part of their options on the AMD cpu, they offered an Intel cpu cooler (which, unfortunately, was the one I bought). Finally, despite getting their money, they still have a block on my credit card for the total charge.
