On July 1 2002, I bought a MSI Geforce 4 Ti4400 as part of my new computer that I'm building. All was good until all the other parts for my computer (from outpost.com, amazon, gooddealpc) that were purchased AFTER my video card was all accompanied by emails stating that they were shipped and even including the tracking numbers. While all that Bunta did was charge my credit card IMMEDIATELY and send a confirmation email that acts as a receipt and says they will ship on July 2, 2002. Also, on their "check status" page, it states my order is BACKORDERED and that they are CHECKING INVENTORY... since their online inventory shows it INSTOCK.. and still does show it INSTOCK.
It's been awhile now. After several non-responsive emails and several beatings of my phone on my desk, I returned to the website and noticed a link to a onilne review website, this website. I was overly appalled to find many people with the same problems. Some got their products, and about 90% of them were defective. I became very scared, as this purchase was well over $200, and I really don't plan on waiting for a RMA (which many reviews say don't do $#it). So I did some research on the web, and was stunned to find many websites honoring Bunta.com for their great, fast, and reliable service. So now I stand confused as what to do.
