I've ordered twice from this company, and they haven't disappointed either time. The first was in 2008. I got the computer, plugged it in, and the power supply blew up. Called tech support, they were happy to have it returned, fixed, and shipped back.
This time, I ordered another desktop. After 10 full days with no update on the order, I decided to contact customer support and see if I could get a more detailed update. I was given the "oh, we're really backed up, haha" line when I called, but truthfully, they were still within the estimated time frame, and I didn't pay for expedited processing, so I cannot complain. After my call and e-mail, I received a few written updates via e-mail from one of the support reps, Vanessa Perez. She followed up multiple times at multiple stages of the order process,and it was much appreciated. A+ for Customer support.
The computer is awesome and assembled as specified. It was put together correctly, and everything functions as it should. No complaints there. A+.
I'll admit that reading these reviews, I was a bit wary of reported bad customer service, but on two orders, I've experienced the opposite. I received good support and a great product on both occasions.
