After I placed the order, they call to say the $4 shipping will take 3-4 weeks. UPS shipping will cost $10-$13. This is bait and switch. They will charge $5 if the order is canceled.<br><br>They do this to get a higher position in Pricewatch listings. I depend on Pricewatch to give me relevant information on Vendors\/prices.
