The NAS had reported one of the drives as \u0022crashed\u0022. The critical thing was that this NAS has all of our family photos and music and ... well just about everything on it. After I called them They went out of their way to bypass their normal processes to (1) track the order down in their warehouse and (2) make sure that I got the replacement drives as a next day shipment instead of 2 day like they were originally slated to do. Outstanding customer service!!! Many thanks!!!
