I purchased a custom Empower MX series computer for $1500 about 2 years ago.
After I brought it home I discovered that the computer had a different Operating System than the one that I had selected in the store and most of drivers had been installed incorrectly.
Since then I have needed to have my memory replaced (which took nearly a month for some reason) and the hard drive replaced twice. Each time I found the service slow and, for the most part, unfriendly.
Now, about 2 months after the warranty has run out, the DVD drive is making strange noises and working only sporadically.
I emailed the company about the reoccurring problems and received only an automated email back thanking me for my input.
I am very disappointed with both their products and customer service and I will definitely never do business with this company again.
