I went in in January and wanted to trade it in for a better model and spend MORE money for a camera that they sell currently. I had my receipt.However they would not allow me to trade an unused unopened Nikon Coolpix S3100 costing $79 for a Nikon cool pix S6200 for $169. or possibly the S8200 for $249.allowing me to be a happy customer and them to have more $$$ AMAZING!!!They did not want the money, the sale or a happy customer, when we all could have been winners. I Recommend NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING THERE YOU MAY WANT TO EXCHANGE GO TO COSTCO or anywhere else you can trade up.I know I will.
