They turned out beautifully, and they are flying off the shelves. I wish I had ordered more! Before I received my order, I had some trouble with the design process, but the online customer service (JD Higgins was the representative who assisted me) was so helpful and efficient. Through the entire process, it was refreshing to be able to talk to a real, competent person instead of some automated machine. I will definitely recommend CustomInk to all of my musician friends who need merch! The koozies are gorgeous!
