This, without a doubt, is one of the WORST companies I've EVER dealt with. Shipment is promised in 48 hours - mine was shipped two weeks later. Product was JUNK and they refused to take it back "because of the holiday RUSH..????". O.K. - "it's defective"....then I must return it at MY expense for THEIR inspection & if they agree (??), pay a 25% re-stocking fee, plus shipping on the replacement. Customer Service is a joke...after calls & e-mails were unanswered I finally received a response (above) only after I contacted my credit card company for assistance. By that time I had re-sold the item on E-bay to someone who needed one for parts...still lost money but lesson learned. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH eGLOBAL WIRELESS!!!!
