Placed order 3/31, received confirmation of order in E-Mail quickly but that is all thus far. If they are truly legit, then you better have patience because they certainly are NOT fast. Of the other 5 or so orders I placed the same day with other vendors all have arrived and all had tracking information to me within a day. Sub-par customer service

4/4: Credit card is showing a hold but no charges at this time so they probably haven't even processed my order yet or don't even have the items... 3 days and no movement?!

4/4: BBB.org complaint opened.

More updates as I get them...

Google listed them as being one of the lowest priced places for these bags. Their webpage indicated the products were in stock. Reading the previous review we were not very hopeful that this company could deliver but we tried anyhow and received the predictable response:

"Unfortunately the Thule 7001 Go Pack Set of 4 has been discontinued. When applicable, please specify whether or not you would like the order to be split. Additional shipping charges will be applied for the second shipment. Let us know what you would like to do."

Don't waste your time with this company, bait and switch.

Ordered T60 replacement battery. Replacement battery received was the model number they listed on their site as being a replacement for the battery we have. Battery did NOT fit, slide connection on sides of battery were not proper. E-Mailed their support and received no response after 1 week. I've disputed the charge on my credit card. If they want the product back they will need to send a pre-paid return shipping label. Do not recommend dealing with this company. Non-responsive.

02/20/2008 Update
I find it humorous that I received a Kahlon satisfaction survey before I received any contact from Kahlon about my issue. And today I received an RMA confirmation (automated) but no contact from the company. Pictures of the issue can be seen at:

Ordered Xenon undercabinet lighting for our new kitchen remodel.

Chose Pegasus Associates due to wide selection of parts, detailed descriptions of what was needed and ease of ordering.

All items received as described. Lutron light switches drop shipped direct from Lutron seperately.

Attempted to contact them via e-mail regarding questions about how to layout transformers etc but never received any response.

Rush order is $3.99, I don't care much for the practice of this 'rush order' business, I believe that all companies should do their best to ship the same day of the order if possible.

I inquired about canceling my order the morning I placed it and never received a response. The only response I received to my inquiry was an automated shipment notification from FedEx. It's as if they wanted to rush out my order before I had a chance to cancel, which, in the end, was fine with me but I found it a bit rude that they did not respond to my e-mail. The lack of response has be in the middleground as to whether I would purchase from them again.

Ordered a battery for my BackUps Pro 1400, product arrived on time and packaged very well with instructions and other information. Very happy with the service I received from this company. Good prices for the replacement batteries, good shipping price and nice packaging makes a nice rounded out happy experience.

Another flawless order! This time around I ordered a P4 CPU, motherboard and RAM. All arrived in great shape and on-time. (Darn weekends!)

The free 2-day shipping is the primary selling point. Some places might be a little cheaper, but not many will have the whole package: Free/cheap shipping, wide variety and in-stock, good response/shipping experience.

I still highly recommend GoogleGear.

Placed order late Sunday/Monday morning, received notification it was in processing on Tuesday e-mailed asking if the item had shipped, was in stock or more info, never got a response. Re-mailed again next day (wed) to inquire on status, didn't get any personal response but got automated response saying item had shipped.

Contacting these folks seems to be hit-or-miss. Prices are decent but not sure it's worth the hassle/uncertainty.

Eventually received emails from 'Zack' and 'Matt' explaining that the standard policy was to ship within 1-2 business days. Zack's e-mail referring to my comments on this transaction as 'slanderous' were a bit disconcerting seemed to be more combative and defensive rather than simply providing answers to my questions. If I had received a prompt response with the information requested rather than automated system messages with bits and pieces of information about the order the transaction would have been more pleasant. Seeing an order in a state of 'procesing' does not give much information. My concern was that the items may not have been in stock and I wanted to try to have these items by the weekend.

As a rule any item ordered on our site is going to get to its destination within 5 biz days from the time of the order. Ordered a replacement battery for a APC BackUps 650, single 12v 12Ah cell. Free shipping (shipped FedExExpress Saver) arrived in 3 days (Coast to coast shipping).

Product arrived in good condition. Packaging was fine but could use a little more padding (no damage, just a suggestion to ebatts.com)

Pricing was fair (Still a little high for a battery in my opinion) but with free shipping it made it a lot easier than to try to locate a reseller that had them locally. Shipping lead isn't cheap. ;) (10 lbs)

Overall very satisfied with my first transaction with them. Received e-mail status and tracking info promptly and product shipped from my former hometown of Newbury Park, CA ;-P

Ordered 4 GE model GXRLQR class "B" filters from their site and am very happy with the service. Product arrived via free shipping and packaged VERY well (bubble wrap around each filter packed in a sturdy cardboard box). Would definatly shop there again. I couldn't find these filter refills at my local Home Depot, only the full kit with the manifold. The prices aren't discounted much if at all but they're easily available and arrived with no problems.

UPDATE 3/31/2003, after canceling the order due to their inconsistancy in order status and not knowing if it would EVER ship, it looks like Dell decided to try to send it to me anyway. I checked this evening and the order shipped even thought I called and canceled the order.

Ordered March 12th 2003
Was told order would ship on or before March 17th.
Website status showed March 17th.
Called a couple days later to check status, sales associate said delivery expected April 16th, yet website still showed March 17th.
Called another day and sales associate said it should ship March 17th.

VERY inconsistant order status reports. The web and sales associates were not in sync. At this point I have no idea whether my order is coming. I would most likely not order from them again.
