Ordered a Zotac 8800GTS over the holiday weekend. Processed Monday morning and shipped for free in 3 business days. Excellent email communication during the process.

I have yet install the card, but service has been excellent.

I am very pleased by my shopping experience with EXcaliberPC.com. I ordered a SPIDIF header to output digital sound. USPS lost the original shipment and EXcaliberPC.com immediately shipped a replacement upon my notifying them of the issue, no questions asked.

3 days later I found both the original and replacement shipment in my mailbox. So 3 days for shipment 2 and 13 for shipment 1. A+ for EXcaliberPC.com. F for USPS.

I notified EXcaliberPC.com that I in fact received both items and they said to just keep them both. Can't beat that!

Highly recommended!

I called wisetronics and confirmed the online price, confirmed that the camera was in stock, and confirmed that it had a us warranty. After the salesperson failed to up sell me on several hundred dollars of accessories, I was then transferred to another salesperson who told me that the camera was back-ordered for 6 to eight weeks. Of course this was not true since I had already confirmed that the camera was in stock.

When I told him that I was going to report the to the better business bureau (BBB), the wisetronics sales person told me to tell Tom Thompson hello, so they obviously have had to deal with the BBB in the past.

This companies advertised prices are a scam!
