I initially tried to order two Zultys IP phones from Neobits because their price was better than anywhere else I had seen. After talking with the sales rep they found that the phones I ordered were restricted to European sales. They then offered to sell me two of the better, more expensive phones for the same price as the first ones. Of course I placed the order and the order arrived much faster than expected.

We are doing business with them again.

We've done numerous transactions from Provantage over the last few years and have yet to be disappointed in either the price or the fulfillment. Customer service is a little slow at times, but is generally able to handle questions and issues.

I usually check with them first for pricing on any software purchase since their prices tend to be the lowest (for legitimate items.)

They have been very reliable, and their pricing is very competetive. The free shipping always attracts me to look at their site first when we need to do purchases. They also have been very helpful in the past when we've had issues with our phones. This order was no different in any of those respects.

The only criticism I can present is that searching for items on the website is not quite as good as it could be. It takes longer than most sites to retrieve a list of items when compared to other sites, and the list returned is not as well sorted or filtered. But this really is nitpicking.

We will continue to look to The Telecom Spot first for future business purchases.

Ordered several copies of Outlook 2003 Standard after having had a poor experience at a different online store. Price was at least $15 lower for each copy than any other place I found. Everything arrived promptly in good shape with, more-or-less, the correct packaging. Most importantly the product keys are legit.

Could probably do better with the packaging since the CDs were pretty scratched after bouncing around in their cases in transit.

Tried using Little Soft Shop for the purchase of an OEM version of Windows Professional 64-bit. I've purchased OEM software in the past with very little issue because I am generally aware of the fraud that often permeates the reselling of such software. Little Soft Shop stated on the product that what they were selling is a "full version of the software which will include the installation disc(s), Certificate of Authenticity, and product keycode/serial number (if necessary)."

What I received was a Dell Windows recovery disk with no CoA or serial number. When I complained they tried to differentiate between "branded" and OEM even though their own site calls the disk "Full - OEM".

I am awaiting another reply now to my ulitmatum that they will pay for the return shipping, but, regardless, I can guarantee that they intended to use this ploy as a way to fool people. Strongly suggest to avoid because of such tactics.
