I have purchased several items and the experience was OK. I even obtained a refund without too much difficulty. The basis for my purchases were mostly influenced by the "customer reviews". None of the purchases came close to having the virtues extolled by the reviews. On my last purchase the item was simply very bad hence I posted a negative review. Well guess what? that review never showed up. It would appear that they only post positive reviews and now I even suspect they may be "manufactured" or posted by those that have vested interest. Furthermore some software that are billed as new and/or improved have no reviews that are less than two years old. As an example look up ascendo photo and notice the last review is dated June 13, 2007.
