Paid for expedited shipping/prefered packaging. Recieved package 2 weeks from order date, was packaged with a free fedex box just a little bigger than the motherboard, and about 5 peanuts. The fan I recieved was obviously used previously. The mboard was DOA. Attempted to call this company about 4 or 5 times, each time taking off of work to go home and call them long distance. Each time I was unable to get through to a rep. I was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes and gave up. I sent back my RMA on 7/4. Recieved a phone call late last month asking us to call them in an hour. Called back and the office was closed. Office has been shut down for about 2 weeks now, and I have been ripped off. DO yourself a favor and save your self the trouble, and keep the money in your pocket. Scammers like this should be shut down, maybe thats what happened but I atleast deserve my money.
