Piss poor service. I will never buy from them again. One item not shipped. Three weeks later a postcard arrives saying the rest my order would ship in 10 days. 20 days later I try to find out what's up. Their website is down, next day still down. Nothing. No phone number on the postcard. I finally get through after numerous calls to corp HQ; then cust serv; "Your order is backordered until at least Jan. 8, 2011 (75 days after the initial order). Couldn't you inform me of this??? No answer. Everyday my mailbox receives some promo or another, yet there's no time for updating me on my back ordered item. Don't accept my money if you can't provide what you've agreed to sell me. It's in the Uniforn Commercial Code. Ask any Lawyer.

Ordered an item. A week later was notified not in local stock, will ship from Hong Kong. Three weeks later emailed seller three times before they responded "shipping from Hong Kong is slow, wait if after three weeks you don't receive item, let us know" waited another week+ three more emails, now the item is "lost". I will receive "store credit" and can reorder. I asked them to reorder for me. NO, you must jump throught these hoops. I'm absolutely sure that when and if I reorder this item, I will never see. it. Cheap stuff, poor service (unintelligible messages, I guess they're coming directly from Hong Kong). Save yourself the trouble, avoid these yokels.

Tough to find part. Great customer service, very knowledgeable. Lots of useful info on their webste. Low price. Fast shipping. I can't think of any reason to not shop here. Excellent shopping experience.

I responded to a "Make an Offer" promtion by bidding $360 for a Panasonic TV. They countered with $365. I accepted. Three days later the UPS deliveryman carried the TV into my place. Great deal and service. Nice transaction.

Nothing to review. Order for a commonly available repair manual was placed a week ago. NOW they cancel after billing me, confirming the order, and deducting the money from my account. They don't have a customer service phone number. You can't actually talk to anybody. Keep that in mind if you decide to waste your time on purchasing anything from them. I sure won't make that mistake again.
