Don't order from this incompetant company. Placed an order a week ago, checked on it two days ago and was told it was being shipped that day, today it shows 'backordered'. Called and was told that it was cancelled and none of the three people I talked to cared that I was unsatisfied. I will never use them again.

The website brags that 95% of orders are shipped within 24 hours. My order did not ship for 4 business days. When I called they said it was a typical holiday-related delay. If it's a common holiday occurance they should mention it on the site. Also, the order confirmation email is supposed to list the UPS Tracking number but doesn't. It also directs you to the 'Order Status' area of the Tiger website but it's frequently "under maintenance" and inaccessible. Good merchant for pricing and selection but customer service is lacking.
