The locks don\u0027t turn the full 180* as illustrated in the instructions, only 90*. When I tried to turn the locks 180* they popped out of the shield. They were easily reinstalled. The insert is still locked in securely with the locks at 90*. Filing a shallow notch in the tabs at each end of the insert allow the locks to be turned the full 180*. I am puzzled as to why Pin Lock puts \u0022Day Time Use Only\u0022 on the clear insert. May be some DOT regulation.<br><br>Thanks Revzilla for extremely fast service.
