This is the second computer I have purchased. I was so happy with the first, I went back and got another or the same style. I paid with PayPal this time, and I ordered the computer on a Friday and did not get any feedback from AxionTech.com until Tuesday. The phone numbers are a joke and the email, well lets just say I am still waiting for a response other than a computer generated one. The other time I had used my credit card and the next morning I was notified the computer had been shipped. It was difficult to know what to do since I was unable to reach anyone. Otherwise, the product was great, so much so that I ordered another one. Just wish there was some sort of Customer Service available.
