I mentioned that I wasn\u0027t sure that I was going to be there to sign for my package and asked that if I wasn\u0027t there that my order be held for pick up the following day. They called me at home and made sure that it was sent directly to the pick up office so that I could pick it up at my convenience instead of having to wait around. That was a godsend for a busy mom who can\u0027t wait around for hours on end for UPS to finally make their way to her house.
