I've made 2 seperate purchases from Memory America. I live in Alaska and both orders were received within 5 days, including a weekend. Both orders were correct, shipping was included in the advertised price. I have friends that have had positive experiences with Memrory America. They all spoke highly of Memory America and I decided to take a chance. No regrets, they are prompt, they provide a comment area where you can tell them exactly what equipment your order is for and if it is incorrect for your equipment, they will let you know and suggest a different part that is correct for your equipment. As mentioned, I've had two positive experiences with them and will no doubt do business with them again. An excellent company IMHO. Incidently, both orders were packaged in anti static envelopes before the bubble wrap and envelope. You should feel confident when ordering from this company.

I've placed a number or orders with Great Vintage Jewelry and every one has been flawless. Customer service is 5+stars. As an example: A day or two after placing an order I discovered I had mispelled a word on the gift card. The order had already been sent but instead of just pasting my note and copying it to the card, they (Veronica) had taken the time and care to correct my mispelling before shipment and saved me much embarrassment. Every order has arrived in perfect condition. Gift wrapping is included in the price and it's all 1st class. Every piece has been exactly as described. Excellent customer service, jewelry for all tastes and many unique one of a kind items. Good prices and some great bargains. I highly recommend this site.
