I looked at a Denon product in Dakmart site for about a week. Then I registered and I read carefully the terms and condition and privacy policy and even if they looked poor I decided to go on with the transation.
I ordered a Denon SYS-A2 for 170$ ship included and payd it. I didnt receive any update for a while. I wrote 4 times before an answer was received: It was a rough reply telling me no item available and that order was not processed. Today I checked and the item is still on sale in the site and my order still pending,not cancelled! Then I received a further e-mail telling they had shipping issues (!!)

With this "standard reply" not related to my order history I had the clear feeling that order was still open to have the chance to charge my credit card and then manage the claim.

Retinking to the terms and condition I has been also really worried about data privacy and "phishing" issues: therefore I blocked my credit card to avoid frauds and claimed DaKmart to cancel my personal data.

I behaved as a stupid and I suggest everybody to AVOID BIDDING WITH DAMARK: there is a fraud risk that range from "receiving a damaged item" to "have your credit card data stolen" .

I have the sensation to have just prevented a fraud. Apart from my personalsensations which can be right or wrong I wish to share with you the clear evidence that DAKMART is not able to make business online, has no control of his business operations and for sure suffers a seriuos lack in sales and communication skills.

My suggestion is: DO NOT BUY
