I placed this order on May 18th 2005. I ordered 4 guitar books. I got only 2 but I was charged for 4. After many weeks and phone calls they issued only a partial refund. 2 weeks later while checking my bank statements, I noticed they had now charged more money to my account and for no reason! I called them and they didn´t know why this had happened. A month later, they did it again. More money was charged to my account. Today it´s July 27th and they still have not fixed this problem. They keep on stealing money from my account. I will have to close the account and open a new one.
