After sending me the wrong item, the seller not only failed to respond to emails to their service department, but also messages through the auction site I used to purchase it. After a week and sending 6 e-mails, I finally decided to call them. The outcome was a 47 minute phone call of which I actually communicated with a person for about 4 minutes. The outcome? I left them negative feedback, am stuck with an insuperior amp that they wont take back, and wish I had read the reviews on them before purchasing as I see they have quite a reputation for screwing people over and I am just one more on the list.
