Ordered Franke Sink over $120.00 cheaper than most competitors - now I know why. Was advised my sink was shipped Mar 09 -as of today there is no tracking information on the UPS website - my VISA card has been debited - and NO ONE answsers the telephone, chat line or answers my emails. Buyer BEWARE. This is my 1st bad experience - I have already spoken to the Credit Card Vendor. Shop local- you know what you are getting!
AS OF 11;45 PST MAR 16TH THE WEBSITE FOR FAUSINK IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE - I STILL HAVE HAD NO CONTACT BY PHONE, CHAT, OR EMAIL FROM THIS FIRM.
