I needed a cooling unit for my video card and Frozencpu was just place to turn to. It was referred to me from a friend of mine. They had just what I was looking for and for a very good price. The ordering and shipping details when off without a hitch, got the cooling unit as ordered. Then came the problem, no fault of Frozencpu though. Per manufacture, it would match the card that I have, sorry to see that it didn't. Frozencpu answered the phone, to my suprise, and said that they would take it back and offered me other fans that would keep my card cool for gaming purposes. They will still charge me a restocking fee even though it is not my fault the fan will not work with my card. I thought the cooling unit manufacture should eat that but I still reordered one that would work with what I have. So all in all, a very plesant buying experince, just wished it could have worked the first time.
