I ordered a bluetooth headset from Walmart.com on Feb. 2nd. It is now Feb 12th. and no headset. I used their standard shipping option which is called "UPS Mail Innovations". I called Walmart.com's customer service and waited on hold for 15 minutes just to be told that the CSR could not tell me the status of my order because it was shipped by the US Postal service. I was offered the choice of either A Credit on my credit card or to have the Item re-shipped via UPS again. I took the credit and told the CSR that I would not order from Walmart online again. She just said OK and thanked me for shopping at Walmart. No apology, or anything. I would suggest that people NOT order from Walmart.com

I ordered A MS-6340 motherboard to replace one in one of my customers computers. Just Deals sent me A conformation e-mail and tracking number the next day (May 24th) My part was not shipped until 2 days later. It took UPS 7 days to get the part to me. When I recieved the motherboard I looked it over and noticed it was USED!! Here is what the page said on Just Deals site. "This item is Brand New OEM and comes packaged in the non-retail box." I will NEVER buy from this company again. When I order and pay for a NEW part that is what I expect to get. I sent Just Deals an e-mail but they did not even respond to it. People should AVOID this site.

UPDATE!!!

I called and got an RMA number so I could send the motherboard back and get it replaced. I got no confirmation when they recieved it and after 12 days I got the same motherboard back. It still will not work. I don't think they even bothered to test it, the just reboxed it and sent it back. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

I bought a motherboad, CPU and memory from these people and when the parts arived the motherboard did not work. I ended up having to call them 2 times and then call the motherboard manufacturer before they would even give me a RMA number. Now, 4 months later the motherboard is dead again. I went an E-mail to their tech support to verify the board was dead do i could get another RMA #. I got an "Auto-responce" that said that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. After 5 DAYS i sent them another (less polite) e-mail and got a nasty responce back. I dont know how they even stay in business, but I STRONGLY advise NOT to order from this Company.
