When a problem arises they are slow to respond and even worse impossible to get a phone to answer. I have found them to be less then honest and hard to determine what is being done with the camera body they are supposed to be fixing or replacing. I purchased a Nikon from them and Nikon clearly will not support or fix their gray market equipment and now can not find what has happened to my camera.
