Overall I was very pleased, they acknowledged my order right away and notified me as soon as it was shipped, complete with a tracking number. I have two suggestions for them in regard to their order page: 1) make it easy for the user to delete an unwanted item from the order. I accidently ended up with 2 of the same item and the only way I could delete one was to leave the site completely and then re-enter the site and redo my order. 2) Identify the shipper on the order form. When using any shipper other than Canada Post in our town an alternate shipping address is almost always required. I found out who the shipper was after the order was sent and it was too late to change the delivery address.
