Ordered Thermaltake case on Thurs May 4. I ordered from them because they said item was IN STOCK. They are located in PA (I in MD), so 1 Day delivery. I needed for customer on Tuesday, so figured they might not ship same day, but even if shipped Friday, it would still be here Monday.
Case did not arrive by Tuesday. Called, they said they would email me a tracking number right away. I never got tracking #, I called back, by then they were closed. Called next day, now already a day late, and it wasn't until then they told me that they lied about being in stock, that they actually drop-ship item from direct from Thermaltake. Ok.. well 4 biz day delivery from CA, so should be here today, Wed right? Yes. Then 5:10pm they send me a tracking number (after they close so I can't call) showing they just shipped item then. (4 biz days, or 6 days after I order!) so scheduled delivery is now Tuesday, May 16th. 7 BUSINESS DAYS LATE (12 days to get my order) Do not order from these people if you expect to get your order in a timely fashion. In stock means maybe we'll drop ship it 4 or 5 days later - that is NOT IN STOCK!!
