I ordered a "Opteka Battery Pack Grip" for Nikon D90 SLR Camera on February 9th, 2010. I know it is a bit late to be making a comment at this time but I thought it is important that I do. The item was delivered as per estimated date given and I was please with 47th Street Photo store efficiency, truely customer service at its best. nevertheless after 7 months of having the Battery Pack Grip, it stop working. For a minute I thought it was my camera was the problem but after several attempts to identify the problem I realized the camera works well without the battery grip. I would place to fully charge batteries in the pack and the indicator shows battery is low. It is not worth sending it back because finacially its not worth the cost of shipping. Sad to say it did not last very long and I am very disappointed because I am still back to my original position, wanting a battery pack. I will still ask the question, can I return the item for a new one?
