If you order from them, get a separate order number for each item! If you don't, you will never get your parts. I ordered 10 components for a computer that I am making for a customer and don't know if I will ever get them. There is no number listed to call them and good luck getting a hold of them via email. I got their number from this website amd finally talked to the "manager" who told me that basically each time they try to ship an order, the request goes to the warehouse and if a part is not in stock, it is sent back. They will have to email the customer to see if they still want the order. The customer must state whether they still want the shortened order or cancel and then it starts again. My ten component order was rejected three times and they forgot to email me twice! I am still waiting to make a computer for my customer without their CPU fan or the DVD/CDROM they requested. Terrible customer service but I can only hope they get their act together because they have great prices. I wonder why? As for me, there is no way I can keep a customer happy pushing deadlines for their much anticipated new computer.
