The reply I received back said:<br><br>\u0022Unfortunately, we cannot accept a tax exemption on the cowboom platform. Even if we were able to, it would have needed to be sent and filed with us prior to paying for the item. It cannot be used to retroactively refund a collected tax amount.\u0022<br><br>Seriously? A Best Buy brand doesn\u0027t know how have a \u0022platform\u0022 to accept a tax exemption form? The company never contacted to me to explain why it never came so I requested a refund for the item. It took them a week and multiple emails to reply to my original refund request. They said they would refund the amount but here we are 3 weeks later and still no refund. Despite me contacting them twice, I keep receiving the same response. The next step is to dispute the amount through my credit card company.
