I ordered Jan 2, credit card charged right away. Couple of days lated, I received confirm email stating product would ship Jan 15 (two weeks out!). I was mad (no prior knowledge of this delay from their order page), but would wait. After non-receipt of product in THREE weeks, I email cust service. They do reply. Stated order would ship on 30th. I requested express shipping for my trouble, nothing received in return. To date, 5 weeks after card was charged, I recived 3 of 6 parts and 1 was broken. Very frustrated. 1) They should NEVER charge a card before shipping, and 2) they should COMMUNICATE better & quicker abt shipping dates. Nothing worse than setting expectations that they cannot meet. They have very good posted prices on parts I needed, but today especially everyone match's prices...
