I placed my order from this company 9/22/2009 and received a confirmation email that said I had to call the company to confirm my order. I was on hold for 1 hr before I hung up, I tried again and it took me 30 minutes before I hung up. The next time I called, I just went straight through sales and the representative told me he needed my 3 digit security code which was already given in the initial purchase. He said I would get a confirmation email again when the order shipped. It's been over a week since the initial order and nothing has happened. I read the rest of the reviews and decided to cancel my order. When I called, I asked the rep why my order had not shipped yet. He said it was on backorder, which seems to be a consistent story for them. I told him I wanted to cancel and told him that everyone had told me different things on the phone. He proceeded to get angry on the phone and said that my order was cancelled and hung up on me....
Don't order from deltacamera.com. I wish I had thought to read reviews prior to ordering from them but at least now I'm aware of sketchy sellers online.
