STAY AWAY! MAJOR PROBLEMS! I placed an order on Dec. 20th 2002 for a quanitity of 33 of an item (at $42.00 each, so quite a large order at $1353.00). I received the charge on my credit card on 1/10/03 (21 days after I placed the order). I called several times and talked to their manager, Mani, who I might add seems to be totally confused and lacking in every way to help a customer, I told him that it has been over two weeks since I placed my order and he kept promising that the items were coming in to fill my order and that he would have them sent out asap. I called several times, their claimed deadline to send the items passed, never could get through to them. I finally received less than HALF of my order (15 out of 33).
