After my bank rejected my order through Amazon ( no fault of Amazon ) I contacted audioMIDI.com directly. Not only was I treated professionally, but the kind folks a audioMIDI,com honored the Amazon offer of free shipping. Both the lady and gentleman I dealt with were knowledgeable and able to complete my order quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this merchant to anyone who is interested in dealing with courteous and friendly people.

Order placed on 29-Dec-2010, order received 5-Jan-2010, not too shabby for the holiday season. My merchandise was packed in a double-walled cardboard box and bubble wrap. The shipping department really knows their stuff.

AudioMIDI.com really earned every one of their 5 stars AND a couple extra.

I placed the order on Friday, I was told by the person and email confirmed that the part would be delivered on Monday. GREAT I thought.
Paid $14 on a $53 part so I thought the part would actually be delivered as expected.
Monday came and went, no part. Tuesday came and went, no part, so I called. I was told that $14 was the 'standard' shipping rate. Then I was told that it would be 5-7 business days. I was also told that the part had not even been shipped yet. Although I received the part on Thursday, I still think the is way too much for shipping.

I suggest using RepairClinic.com instead, cheaper prices, cheaper shipping AND parts received MUCH sooner.

I'll not be ordering from sears parts direct again.

Not bad, 6 days before estimated delivery date.
I ordered 3 cylindrical stainless steel flatware holders. The price was good, quality was good, the shipping was reasonable. I received email when the order was placed and when the order was processed for shipment a few days later.

Receive item ( a titanium necklace ) and received within a few days. There was a problem, the necklace broke. Anton P. sent out a replacement which I received a few days after my email. While the necklace is really nice, it pulled my hair out! I contacted the company again and they are willing to make an exchange for another.
I am very pleased with Avant-Garde Jewerly and will be placing more orders from them.

Part-people.com are awsome!!! In 4 business days the parts I ordered were delivered. I paid only a nominal shipping fee. The parts not only arrived intact, but they fit and work well. They were also priced well, that is they were very competitive.
Kudos to whomever manages that place.

After much research and a very good recommendation from resellerratings, I ordered 2 batteries from Batteryfly.com. Not only did they come in the mail 3 business days after I ordered them, but postage they charged was NOT a rip off. I was a very reasonable. I was impressed by the fact that they advertise not only a phone number, ubt a physical address too.
I give Batteryfly a 10+!!!!!!!
