There are serverely warped from the manufacturing process and should have been discarded. Though we ordered 2 exact pendants, they don\u0027t look the same at all. When I tried to contact them, I could easily get a sales rep. The sales rep said they could not access the account, only the customer service rep could. Of course, the customer service was unavailable. I sent them an email, I will give them a few days to respond. I checked BBB.org and they got an F. I will probably file a complaint.
