I placed an order for a compact flash card reader (around $70). When the item did not arrive after a week, I checked the status of the order. The order had been cancelled. I called the following business day and was told the order had been cancelled because they no longer wish to carry the item. They claimed they had sent out an e-mail, but I have not received anything to date (including when I placed the order). They are very nice people over the phone, but I'm suspicious about their pricing and disappointed they didn't make more of an effort to fulfill the order or to advise me of the status.
