I ordered a Sandisk Sansa Fuze mP3 player from them in late June, 2011. It never arrived. Tracking info showed it was lost somewhere after the last transit point in CA even though I'm in Ohio. So I tried a bunch of times to contact their customer service via email but NO RESPONSES whatsoever. I talked with one of the "LIVE online customer service" people who assured me a new unit would be shipped out to me. Weeks went by and no updates to shipping and no follow-up tracking info was recieved. I had enough, so I went to PayPal and filed a dispute hoping to receive a full refund. Guess what?? They decided to respond to that by telling me a new unit would be shipped out to me (echo, echo, echo). It's now been 10 more days and no tracking info, no response to followup emails from me, nada, nothing, zilch. It's one thing to have shipping problems which can be dealt with but to completely ignore my emails is just too much. My next step is to demand a full refund from this bogus group and then make sure I never again attempt to spend money at their website. Let The Buyer Beware!!!
