Ordered a case (Antec NSK3480) July 10th, delivered July 11th. Shipping was very prompt and Robert kept me up to date.

I recieved the incorrect model (Antec NSK3400), which has a different power supply. I Contacted Robert, who informed me that he would check with his distributor and see if he could resolve the issue.

Robert informed me the next day (Friday July 13th) that I could keep the NSK3400 and that he would send the correct power supply. The correct power supply arrived on Tuesday July 17th.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Robert's resolution of my issue and I would buy from Compumusic again.

My order shipped the day that DiscountLaptops recieved payment. I recieved a cash discount of 2.5% for using PayPal eCheck. DiscountLaptops was very helpful throughout the ordering process and kept me up-to-date through email. My questions were answered quickly and professionally.

Highly recommended.

Do not buy from this company unless you feel like waiting a long time for your order to ship. Purchased my case from EMS computing. I wated for it to ship, then waited some more, and some more. I sent email but got no response. I called customer service but hung up after spending 45 minutes on hold. Thankfully, the case arrived, well packaged and undamaged.

Purchased a CPU and motherboard. Both arrived two days later, undamaged and well packed. Their service was prompt and efficent; I revieved my Fedex tracking number in my inbox the day I ordered.
