I purchased their DVD Copy program on 3/18/05 but noticed immediately that their software did not work properly. I e-mailed their customer service but received no answer for more than a week. Since their website clearly stated 30 day money back guarantee, I sent them an e-mail requesting cancellation of transaction for a refund. After more than one month, I still havn't heard from them regarding my request after several more e-mail was sent. Do Not Buy from this company as their do not have any customer service at all.....
