Summary - EXTREMELY SLOW TO SHIP PRODUCT!!!!
I purchased 5 of an item on Sunday, received my order confirmation on Sunday, Mon-Thur nothing happened. On Friday night I checked the order status website and it stated it shipped (no ship date, no tracking #, nothing). Tried to call, but they were closed. On Sat. I received an email "your techonweb order" shipped with the FedEx Tracking # (item sent on Friday). Great I paid extra for FedEx 2 Day Service. I guess it was a lot to expect to receive it the same week. Next time, I'll call or won't do business with Techonweb (probably this one since now I have to purchase the items at a store for a weekend job I have). I should have called on Tuesday demanding what happened, but figured, 2 Day Service was adequate. Live and learn.
