5/5

I initially ordered a TV with Big On Digital (see my other review for more detail -- in short they got an F all around). When it became obvious that Big On Digital wasn't going to be able to meet my shipment deadline, I placed an order with B&H. When Big On Digital refused to cancel my order, and threatened me with all kinds of cancellation and shipment fees (even though the order hadn't shipped), I was forced to cancel the B&H order to avoid having two TVs show up on my doorstep. I called B&H, and they instantly agreed to cancel the order with no charges or fees, and the salesman said they'd rather lose this sale than lose a customer over fees. When I finally got Big On Digital to cancel, I re-ordered with B&H, who delivered the big TV to California three days ahead of the original delivery date. Their price was initially $50 more than Big On Digital's, but they didn't add in useless insurance, and they did tell me about a $100 rebate offered by Sony on the TV that I bought, so all told, it cost me $50 LESS than the shifty so-called "bargain" store Big On Digital. And I got my tracking number promptly, and got instantaneous feedback to my requests. They had no problem with my cancellation, and better yet, gave me a better deal and faster delivery than one of their sleazy competitors. Even for $150 more, I'd still go with B&H -- they do what they say they'll do, and their prices, though maybe a little bit more, are worth the security and peace of mind.
