have bought a number of products from Adorama over the years. Their prices are always very competitive and I had no hassle the few times I wanted to return an item for some reason. Every product had a US warranty. No grey market items at all. When I realized that they bought used equipment, I sent them cameras and lenses. The amount they paid me was what I thought the items were worth. No haggling. Sure, I could have done this on eBay, but this was much less time consuming. I generally get "standard" shipping from them rather than free shipping. It gets to DC the next day and is completive with shipping from other NY camera stores.

I recently bought a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM. I have ordered many products from this company. I have never had a problem. The prices are always very competitive. In many cases UPS ground shipping is free. B&H always makes it clear whether the equipment has a US warranty. I do not recall needing to return anything, so I cannot comment on the return process. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable about the products they sell.
