They offer great coupons if you sign up with them and occassionally when you enter the store they give you travel size product they are sampling for FREE! I even went one time they had a special and had my hair washed, shampooed and styled for FREE! They were sampling Frederic Fekkai products and they didn\u0027t pressure me to buy the products which makes me return often to buy great products. I made calling cards for my son to attach to gifts when he goes to birthday parties. I emailed the job to the store and they were to be ready in 24 hours. Well, 48 hours later I called to make sure they were ready and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone at the store. I finally went to the store about 3 days later and they had record of my order but couldn\u0027t find the order.
