One was backordered until 3 weeks and 3 others were deleted from my order without explanation. This made the shipping charge very high relative to the cost of the remaining items.<br><br>Customer service is email only, very frustrating. My card was charged the day I ordered, but the website says they charge when items are shipped.<br><br>If the items you want are all in stock, it would be a good place to buy, but there is no way to know.
