“We do not misrepresent any items that are sold online. Most of the items description that we have on the website come from the manufacturer themselves. If anything, the customer should have contacted us if there was a problem with the item that they ordered. The customer should have read and followed the store policy. This customer has clearly not read our return policy that is stated on the website. The link is posted on the top of every page next to the view cart button. It states that the customer is able to return the item within the first 30 days if certain criteria are met. This customer did not attempt to contact us about returning this item or about the 2-year manufacturer warranty that is offered. We are still willing to help this customer if he chooses to accept our help.”
