This company is the buggest SCAM on the net that I have ever seen. Same as most with the back and forth "china" coments and it is "shipping" in 24 hrs. Still nothing, no replies to emails in over 10 days and only once I have got to talk to a live person and she just blew me off. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Below is my email string to show what they do to the customer:


I have tried contacting you via phone with no reply or answers. What is the status of this shipment as it ia now a week after the 24 hrs you said on the 14th? If I do not hear anything from you today I will file a fraud claim with Master Card and USAA. This is a great way to treat a military member by the way!

I contact you yesterday and the lady I spoke to said she was going to inquire about this shipment and call me but never returned my call. It has been almost a month now since this order was placed. Is the part going to ship out by the end of this week? If not I will request a full refund for the purchase as it is for my home computer and we can no longer afford to wait.

As states on our website these units do take 5-8 business day excluding weekends and Holidays. We have had a Holiday which delays a couple of days. We are on the 8th day. The order should be shipped by end of this week. We will email tracking information to your account once the package leaves our warehouse.
