While I am happy with the actual product itself, I am very dissapointed in the service. This product was bought as a gift and did not arrive in time (although I did buy it in well enough time). After almost 2 weeks, I emailed the company and asked for a status on my order. They then proceeded to tell me that while they had 4 in the warehouse, the box was damaged- leading them to believe the product was damamged. They would have to send out for a new one and would not even be available in their warehouse for shipping until the 27th- three weeks after I ordered it. This wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that the company never tried to offer me this explanation- I had to seek it out. In my eyes, this is bad business. If you want to keep your customers, you need to keep them updated and for goodness sakes, tell them when there is a problem with their order. I had to go to my event without a present, and I was mortified. The product was wonderful, but customer service is something that I recommend working on.
