April 11, 2011 - this company is still using fraudulent and deceptive practices. I ordered a Sony Nex-3 for $469 and was told via e-mail I would have to call customer service. The person who answered the phone tried to up-sell me on a filter (fine)... then said the battery that comes with the camera is disposable and no charger is included, but for only $599 I can get the camera with rechargeable battery and charger, and a 49mm multicoated filter. That is $50 over the going price for all other online merchants. Baloney. Their website concisely states that the camera comes with battery and charger. I immediately canceled the order and will buy from a reputable firm. I would suggest not wasting your time, as this cost me 2 additional days on getting this camera ordered.
